Fats are essential nutrients that provide long-lasting energy (rather than short bursts), absorb vitamins (A, D, E, K), build cell membranes, protect organs through cushioning and insulation, regulate hormones, support brain health, and control inflammation. Like protein, there are different kinds of fats. First, there is saturated fats which is an unprocessed fat that best provides all of the amazing benefits listed before like olive oil, fruits and vegetables, fish, and spreads–like peanut butter. Next, there are unsaturated fats which are fatty. There are also unsatured fats which are like more solid fats liek meats, plants, and also oils. Add fields for any type of content you want to display, such as rich text, images, videos and more. You can also collect and store information from your site visitors using input elements like custom forms and fields.
Be sure to click Sync after making changes in a collection, so visitors can see your newest content on your live site. Preview your site to check that all your elements are displaying content from the right collection fields.
